At 乌鸦视频, we鈥檙e proud to share our 2024-2025 academic reflections, a school year grounded in growth, joy, and learning. The results reflect not just strong academic progress, but also the resilience and dedication of our scholars, families, and educators across the Impact 乌鸦视频.
Below are some of our biggest areas of achievement this year鈥攁nd a look at where we鈥檙e continuing to grow.
Achievement Highlights
Strong Academic Performance Across the Network
- Impact | Puget 乌鸦视频 Elementary (PSE) ranked as the #2 charter school in Washington and the top elementary charter for math statewide.
- Impact | Salish Sea Elementary (SSE) earned recognition as the highest-performing charter in Washington for science proficiency.
- Across the 乌鸦视频, Impact schools outperformed the state average in mathematics, with notable year-over-year growth at Commencement Bay Elementary (CBE).

Outstanding Growth Among Priority Student Groups
We鈥檙e especially proud that multilingual learners, Black scholars, and low-income students showed strong academic gains, demonstrating that Impact鈥檚 commitment to equity is translating into real results.
High Family and Scholar Engagement
Impact schools exceeded enrollment goals for the year, reaching 1,518 enrolled scholars across four campuses with 164 students on waitlists – a testament to the trust families place in our model.
Re-enrollment rates and attendance also improved 乌鸦视频-wide, reflecting stronger relationships and community connection.
Financial and Operational Stability
Impact continues to maintain strong fiscal health, allowing us to invest directly in classroom instruction and student experiences.
Areas for Continued Growth
Strengthening ELA Proficiency
While math and science results were strong, English Language Arts (ELA) remains an area for focused improvement. Network-wide proficiency reached 43.9%, slightly below the state average. We鈥檝e already launched new initiatives rooted in the Science of Reading to ensure every scholar becomes a confident, capable reader.
乌鸦视频ing New and Growing Campuses
Our newer schools, Impact | Black River Elementary (BRE) and Impact
| Commencement Bay Elementary (CBE), continue to develop strong foundations in academic systems and culture. We鈥檙e expanding leader and teacher coaching, ensuring that each campus benefits from the same proven instructional practices that have driven success at PSE and SSE.
Investing in Talent and Leadership Development
As we prepare to expand into middle and high school in 2026, building a strong internal pipeline of teacher-leaders and administrators is essential. Our 鈥淐oach the Coach鈥 model showed great promise at CBE, and we鈥檙e scaling that approach 乌鸦视频-wide to strengthen instructional leadership.

Looking Ahead
The 2024鈥2025 school year results reaffirm what we know to be true: when schools lead with joy, high expectations, and community partnership, students soar.
In the year ahead, we鈥檒l continue to:
- Deepen our literacy instruction and early intervention supports.
- Strengthen culture systems to boost attendance and engagement.
- Invest in leadership development to sustain long-term excellence.
- Prepare to launch our first Impact Middle School with 6th grade in Fall 2026.
At Impact, we鈥檙e not just focused on test scores – we鈥檙e focused on the whole child. Every success, every lesson learned, and every new initiative brings us closer to a future where all kids have access to the education they deserve.
All in, always – for every scholar, every day.
